Magda Apanowicz

Magda Apanowicz is an Canadian actor. Her birth date was November 8, 1985. She is 5'3" (1.60 meters). Her most well-known roles are Andy Jensen in the TV show Kyle XY, and Lacy on Caprica. Apanowicz is of Polish family roots, and was a resident of Poland for a time during her 9th grade time. She studied at in the Vancouver Film School. At the age of 10, her father showed her Pulp Fiction and it sparked an interest in acting. In 2002, she started her acting career with a short TV performance on TV show Jeremiah and John Doe. From 2007 to 2009, she played Andy Jensen on Kyle XY. The film she made in 2008 Every Second Counts was a Hallmark Channel exclusive. Apanowicz was Lacy Rand, in Caprica (2009) in the role of the series regular. She was a co-star with Eric Stoltz. Later, she appeared on Hellcats. She also guest starred on the second episode of the Jane Espenson-scripted web series Husbands. As of 2013, Apanowicz was first seen in Continuum playing the character Emily.
